Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" means the rr77 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated digital services accessible at https://rr77.beer.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or loyalty reward granted by rr77 to a Player under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion features available to Players through their Account settings.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all scheduled events, draw times, and customer service hours on the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the rr77 platform. This age threshold reflects the minimum legal age for gambling activities as applicable to the Indonesian market context in which rr77 operates. rr77 employs strict age-verification procedures and will suspend or permanently close any account where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The rr77 platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during use of the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the rr77 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on rr77:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Current or former employees, contractors, or agents of rr77 or its affiliates;
• Individuals who have been permanently self-excluded from the Platform;
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party for the purpose of placing bets or managing funds;
• Individuals using automated software, bots, or other non-human methods to access the Platform.

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money betting services on rr77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, active email address, and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Any material misrepresentation — including but not limited to providing a false name, false date of birth, or identity information belonging to another person — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rr77 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify rr77 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. rr77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1 Verification Requirements

rr77 is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed and at any other time rr77 deems appropriate. Required documents may include:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, Mandiri, or OVO account showing your registered name);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as requested.

4.2 Verification Timeline

rr77 will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, your Account may be restricted to deposits and gameplay only; withdrawal requests will be queued until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Right to Request Additional Documents

rr77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during ongoing account activity, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent conduct, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days will result in Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rr77 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rr77 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. rr77 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected Players.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your rr77 Account balance within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation. rr77 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider's own processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within five (5) minutes to a maximum of two (2) business hours, depending on the selected payment method and the time of request relative to banking hours. All withdrawal amounts must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an alternative is expressly approved by our compliance team following completion of additional verification.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance (bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable);
• No active chargeback or payment dispute is pending on your Account;
• rr77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request above a threshold determined at our discretion before processing.

5.6 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made exclusively from payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds, Account suspension, and potential reporting under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rr77 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-bet promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus provisions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any resulting winnings or the bonus principal may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of bonus offer. Eligible bet types contributing toward wagering requirements will also be specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. A Player is deemed eligible for a bonus if they meet all conditions stated in that promotion's individual terms, have not previously claimed the same promotion type on another Account, and do not fall within a category of prohibited conduct described in Section 9 of this Agreement.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

rr77 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in bonus value with minimal variance; systematic exploitation of free-bet offers across multiple accounts; and collusive play between Players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, rr77 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or for which Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

rr77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed; an error in odds or game settings is identified; or the bet is suspected to be placed in bad faith or with knowledge of inside information.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on rr77 cover a broad range of disciplines including association football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets are subject to minimum and maximum leg counts and odds thresholds as displayed at the point of bet placement. All sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with rr77's official sports rules document, available on request from our customer support team.

7.3 Lottery Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets offered on rr77 cover SGP (Singapore), HK (Hongkong), SDY (Sydney), and Macau draw schedules. Draw results are sourced from officially published results of the respective lottery providers. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result publication.

7.4 Live Casino Games

Live casino games — including live roulette, live baccarat, live blackjack, and live game show titles — are provided by internationally certified third-party studios. These games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-dealer mechanics. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are made available within the game interface.

7.5 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet outcome, rr77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. rr77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rr77 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account;
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information;
3. Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
4. Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access, analyze, or interact with the Platform;
5. Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or odds errors for personal gain without reporting them to rr77;
6. Colluding with other Players or rr77 staff to gain an unfair advantage;
7. Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
8. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
9. Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after completing genuine transactions;
10. Threatening, harassing, or abusing rr77 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

All content published on the rr77 platform — including but not limited to the rr77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rr77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any part of the rr77 platform or its content without the prior written consent of rr77. Any unauthorized use of rr77's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to legal action.

11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

rr77 makes no representation or warranty that any Player will win or profit from using the Platform. All betting and gaming activity involves inherent financial risk and the outcome of any individual bet or game is subject to chance. Past performance of any game or market does not guarantee future results.

11.2 Platform Availability

rr77 endeavors to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party provider failures.

11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their rr77 Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusions

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit rr77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by gross negligence. No exclusion or limitation in this section shall apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

rr77 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. rr77 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in operating the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) under strict data processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary for the delivery of services.

rr77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, rr77 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where operationally feasible, notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the rr77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

This Agreement and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which rr77 is incorporated. This Agreement does not create any rights under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia in excess of those that would arise under the applicable international legal framework.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within 30 calendar days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
